Erdok, who can be considered the master of figurative painting, used striking expressions while transferring people to his canvas. It is observed that the mood of the figures he deals with, sometimes in normal human size, sometimes with deformation, is stated, and there is a close connection between the figure and the space. In his works, he focused on pattern, besides, he adhered to rules such as light-shadow, form-stain. In these works of social content, children, patients, the disabled and the elderly are frequently depicted. His works are in various museums and collections in Turkey and abroad, including Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Istanbul State Painting and Sculpture Museum, Istanbul Modern, Norton Simon Museum. The artist still lives and works in Istanbul.
