Bosco Sodi at Galeria Hilario Galguera

EXHIBITION

Mexican artist Bosco Sodi’s solo exhibition titled “Alabanzas/Praise” opened at Galeria Hilario Galguera in Mexico City, the capital of his country, Mexico. In the exhibition where gold, red and gray colored works are predominant, the viewer is met with paintings created by the artist in his unique style as well as sculptures made of clay, covered with golden glaze.

Bosco Sodi is an artist known for using raw and natural materials to create large-scale textured paintings and sculptures. Sodi defines his creative process as “unrepeatable” and “controlled chaos” and aims to go beyond conceptual boundaries by focusing on the discovery of the matter, creative action and the spiritual connection between the artist and his work.
