Upside Down

Sevil Dolmacı Art Gallery is pleased to present Ahmet Oran’s solo exhibition titled “Upside Down”, which will take place at Akaretler Sıraevler no: 19 between September 15 and October 3. The exhibition, is among the parallel events of the 17th Istanbul Biennial.

In his works, Ahmet Oran, one of the powerful representatives of Turkish abstract painting, conveys the historical layers of Istanbul, its vibrant past, exciting contemporary life and unceasing energy to the audience with a colorful paint palette, Upside Down consititues a meaningful end to the series of works that the artist has been continuing for the past several years.
